Thread: Good flash Book

    Post

    Hey foks.

Anybody have some good ideas for a good flash book?

I need to pick up something good a reference book, not a tutorial book (hillman curtis' book.), but a general reference for the intermediate/advanced crowd. Plenty of actionscript info, javacript integration, php, forms, etc.

I don't always have the time or resources to go to the web all the time when I have a question.

Any ideas? I've done some browsing at barnes and noble, found some ok stuff, but nothing that just wowed me.

Let me know, I'd really appreciate it.

    peace,
    brian

Flash 5 Studio by friends of ed is quite good

Also Embertons Flash Magic series is worth checking out - the books are project -based

Any of the Friends of ED books are excellent.. i agree with Aria.

Pick the one that most suits your ability level, and where you want to progress, because they have solely actionscript books too.
