Can I insert HTML tag within Flash ?

Im not sure but i use Framesets to do it in another way . Dreamweaver is a nice tool do do this . http://www.macromedia.com
Click the insert Frameset and add the HTML + insert media and choose swf .

Yes, you're right about that..but i meant within flash program..i think there is no such a way to insert html tag on the existing movie
