loading movies

Hey,

how do I load separate swfs. to play on top of existing movie and be able to navigate back and forth between 2- 5 different swfs and back to origanl swf.

Please help

Now I have another question. I have a main page and on that main page I have four diffferent loopnig movie clips that are running at the same time, constantly. The thing is they are all running very slow. If I made them their own swfs and loaded them onto the main page, would they run their normal speed and how would I go about positioning them correctly? Can I assign them x,y, cordinates?

Speed:

When you load an external .swf into your movie, the external .swf takes on the fps of the new movie.

As far as positioning, On the info pallet, you can use the x, y coordinates.
