Why my images don't show 100% perfect???

Hey there i know this question has been asked a million of times but still what ever i do my images still seem to have a nasty look..I want it to be clean the way i see it on my computer..But when ever i put it on swish and play it kinda get blury..i tried evey thing, like going to properties on the image and send it to 100 and it's still blury a little..Look at my page i created this image my self with a paint program..The swish gods logo the one with the glassses it's blury..http://www.tntwarlord2004.com/swishgods.html
Could someone help plzzz am gettin stressed out with this problem..

What was the size of the image when you created it? Is it exactly the same size in the Swish movie? If it is not a vector image (and it is not) changing the size will distort it.
