    Hi, my iBook is working funny. Can some one tell me how I can Zap the P ram? thanks

    It's quite easy...

    Just do that after rebooting your Mac :

    option+apple+P+R

    It will zap intern memories, and reboot again your computer (then you can release...).

    Hope it helps to make your Ibook works better !

    zeb's right, but you might try holding it down for three restart chimes...

    Three times ?!? Ok... Usually I'm waiting for two restarts chimes... Maybe you're right... Why 3 times ?

    don't actually know why, other than I was told to wait for at least 3 restarts when I was taught how to zap pram because you need to to make it clear properly, perhaps you don't...who knows??
