    Hello there,

    ┐How can I convert a QuickTime Movie to keyframes for swf?
    Can I do this directli from Flash or do I need a converter?

    import the .mov into your flash file. extend the number of frames it covers so that when you look over the time line it has all of the movie.

    export the movie (file - export movie) as a series of images (jpeg works fine, but choose whatever fits the .mov best)

    import the sequence of images and voila, you have a .mov as a series of keyframes that can be exported in .swf form.
