I am making a Flash Website about Anime, Cool 3D Vector Animations, Helpful flash stuff, and 3D Gaming.

Since you need a Web Design partner, how bout you just join in with me? SO you can help me make "The Digital Project". it is going to be a huge hit. I will buy a domain for it soon. but right now all i have is http://csinsight.innergamer.net, which will soon be renamed to http://digitalproject.innergamer.net

I have 4 years of programming expierence with HTML, Javascript, DHTML & CSS, C, Java, and XML. I use notepad for my sites:

Obviously you know i cant give you money, but you will get Forum rights, news posting, fun (most people i ahve worked before with did), and just expierence.

And yes, the main reason is that i need help with projects. they arent hard (the ones i would be assigning you), just easy flash work.
