Thread: What's A Favorite Band Of Yours That The General Public Probably Hasn't Heard?

  1. #1
    I'll start it off with:

The Chameleons (The best kept secret in music...bar none)

Tex And The Horseheads (Makes me want to be a cowboy)

Aztec Camera (Best album was High Land, Hard Rain but still some good stuff on the other records too. My guitar teacher would refer to them as Mayan Tripods...hardee har har)

    Nature Kids

Kind of a RATM style, rock/hip-hop. They're a local band, suposed to be signed already but i've not heard if it happened.

    Reverend Horton Heat!

Best concerts I've ever been to!

Hey wait I've heard of the Nature Kids... are they a ska type band? I heard of them when I lived in Florida? Think they played with Skif Dank...

    It's gotta be Something Corporate...

They came and played at my campus for some lunch time social hour thing. They were freakin' awesome. They have a lot of range. From sounds like Counting Crows to punk. Really good piano player in the band.
