Problems on the website with a flash intro

I seem to be having some problems with the flash intro to this website that I recently created (www.altaregomusic.com). Here's somethings that I need to know how to do:

1. How do I get the entire swf to load before it plays so that I can prevent the off-timing and such?

2. How do I get the movie to work for both 1024x768 and 800x600 resolutions. I have it working for 1024, but I cannot get it to work for both at the same time. In 800x600, everthing is cut off.

Um... I'm using Flash 5. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

You need to make a simple Preloader.
Frame 1-If Last frame is loaded Goto and Play Frame 3
Frame 2-Goto and Play Frame 1
Frame 3-Start of real intro.

As far as the working for different sizes...
Try using %'s instead of Pixels...
like.. 100% instead of 1024 pixels.
