Thread: How to NOT allow user to scale a swf file?

  1. #1

    I have to send around a .swf file to some people. I am using some bitmap images, so I don't want to allow users to scale the swf, as it will dostort it if they maximize the view. How do I tell Flash to not allow this? Normally, I have them imbedded in an HTML file, and can control it that way, but as a swf file alone, it is different. Any help would be awesome, thanks.

    Try use this in first frame (for example):

    fscommand("allowscale", false);

    tried but...

    Thanks, but already tried that.
    when you try to "maximize" the window, it still does.

    any other thoughts?
