Flash, and frames?!?!?

I have a site made with frames, and my Nav. bar on the left is only in HTML. right now. However, I made a Nav. bar with flash 5 to put there instead. The problem is: I can't figure out how to make the page that's opening from the link, come up in the Main frame! It only will open the page in the same frame, wich is making the Nav. bar dissapear, making the Nav. bar pointless!
So if anyone could help me here, I would greatly appreciate it.

You'll notice that the gerURL() action in flash has a target box, this target specifies the frame or window that the link should go to, just make it the same as the name of your main frame
