3D Resource sites, tutorials and stuff

OK i think we need a post where we all post the best developer reference sites we can all go to, for tutorials, 3D models and stuff. I hope this will be the place where you share your knowledge with the rest of us. I am still a newbie and am in desperate need of all the information I can get so I will start with a good site I found.
