    i've seen on some websites that when you change the size of your browser window the content on the site adjusts it's position and size. how is this accomplished?
    how can i make things fit in the broswer window without scrolling?

    Just make the open window the same size of your design.
    Then add Margins set to 0.

    And you'll have a perfect picture.

    You can't make the Browser adjust to the size of the page.

    thanks for the advice.
    what i was really lookin for was how can i make a flash movie, or any other content, scale to the size of the browser. if i were to scale the browser down then the movie would shrink with it. if i were to maximize the browser the movie would enlarge. how can i do this?

    under publish settings, go to the html tag and then select dimensions ... over there choose percentage ... that shud be it, u cud also fool around with the scale settings to get the exact effect u require ... hope that helped =)
