Check out the tutorials section .....it depends what you are looking to learn and what you want to know indepth but i'm sure someone will follow me with a list of url's...come on guys don't make me look a fool...

well, after you checked all the help files and demos on flash it self, jump on the the tutorials here. But as for a real complete manual on programming, for instance, I must admit it really is a problem - and I need to find the answer too...
