Thread: Button "mailto" problem

    I've made a button with a Get URL mailto:xxxx@xxx.xxx command on the instance. It works fine when I'm running IE or Netscape. However it is not working when accessed thru AOL browser. Can you help?

    actually IE and Netscape have INBOX, the "mailto" thing calls the current or degault INBOx of the system/or for the browser its running in. I gues..in your case AOL is not gaving an email client/inbox....so it doesnot work from an aol browser....
    like in my case if i click on some "mailto" from my explorer it wont open the outlook, cuz i have not installed it....but it does in Netscape...hope u got it?
