Looping sound starts at beginning of movie

I am having a problem with a looping sound. I Went into a frame properties box and inserted a sound. I set the loop to 999. Instead of the sound starting at the right frame it starts at the beginning of the movie. Does anybody know why this happens and how to solve this problem.

Im not sure why but may i suggest making a layer called music and make a key frame in that layer where you want the music to start.

Like say if you wanted the loop to start at frame 20 then put the loop there and set it to loop 999 times.

The loop should start at that key frame.
