Sound Pause?

I have a pause and a play button that controls my Main Movie. I also have a Soundtrack that loops throughout the entire Movie. I know how to stop a sound...but how do you PAUSE a soundtrack when the Pause Button is pressed? And then when you hit Play it will begin where the sound left off, not start the sound over again! Thanks in advance

I Made a control and it does work like a pause.

Check this out
It Has...

Rewind
Stop
Play
Fast Forward

Now if you hit play and then hit stop and then hit play again it will play where you stoped it from
which in effect is a pause.

I tried to create a Real Pause button with both actions but i could not get it to work.
It either stoped and did not play again or did not stop.
