Auto Detect FLASH redirect

Ok, Yes, I am new at this, but we all were ar one time or another

So, I need some PRO help here. You know when you go to a
nicely done site, and it "scans" for flash", and if not
found will send you to the NON flash site, or tell you to
get flash, and perhaps redirect you to the link.. Yes..? No..? Well, I need a tutorial on how to do such a job! ANY help would be great ! Thanks Folks!
