    Can anyone tell me the best image programs alive today?
    I have photoshop and paintshop
    Anyone have any other totally kewl special effects progs that they can list?

    the only other top 2d app i know of is corel painter 7, some rate it higher than photoshop but i haven't tried it for years.

    there are lots of other smaller ones, such as canvas 8 from deneba.
