I probably did it the hard way, but I used blender to "3Dify" a logo, you can download it at http://www.blender3d.com but its pretty hard to get the hang of.
anyhoo, what I did with it was recreate the logo in blender (took me a while too) and then I could do all sorts of things regarding 3d with it using its the programs simple funtciions (like i could spin it, move it, make the depth longer or shorter, give the viewers a "tour" of it by moving the camera . . .)
If you do decide to try ouyt this program (its free), all you need to do is recreate your logo in it using planes then extrude it to give it depth. On the blender site there are heaps of tutorials which are just so damn usefull.
well thats just how I did it.
theres also a tutorial to do it in flash on http://www.flashplanet.com (tutorials menu, first undrer level 2 - medium) but I tried it and it didnt turn out to crash hot . . . .
Hope this helps,

Super Dominator
use the perspective transform in photoshop and draw lines from each point in the logo to a vanishing point and fill in the newly drawn side with a cheesy gradient.

as aversion mentioned, swift3d is a great program, but if you need a more affordable one, have a look at xara3d at http://www.xara.com/products/xara3d/

another way to do this
here's a totally free way to get your 3d into flash: use microsoft word.
i remembered having read the tut some time ago: http://www.flashkit.com/tutorials/3D...11/index.shtml
