What are the best Flash Movie res. settings??

Hello people!

I'm a newbie, experimenting with Flash... My question is about the "Movie settings" within Flash. What are the best resolution settings for my Flash movie?? So that at every desktop res. (1024x768, 800X600 or 640x480) my flash movie doesn't look weird

Have a look at: http://www.nfusegfx.com/
I tried copying their layout settings:
Using frames: top, main, bottom (rows="*.410,*")
But what do my flash settings have to look like??

I hope somebody can help me

Why don't you try a setting of 756x425 and see if it works.
