different audio different scenes

Problem:
two scenes, different audio, sync is a must and should be exact..
First scene is fine, everything is on que. Second scene is perfect in the .FLA file but when exported with the second scene is is off or fast a bit.
If scene is saved as it own FLA file then exported, it works fine.
Any clues or am I missing something small?

Probel solved one way.. there might be a different solution..

I just saved the second scene as a separate file then loaded that at the end of the first scene. Sync works and everything tweens on time. If there is another way please post your idea.
