One frame to the other!

Hey,
I have a site that im building and i have a page with two frames dividing the top and bottom.

easy

I then have a .swf file on the top that has buttons that I want users to click on.

but when they click on them i want the page to load in the frame below..

sounds easy enough, but ive been having the worst luck getting it going..

can anyone help me out.. thnx!

I've never actually done it, but I would guess that you use getURL and place the name of the frame where the target window goes.
