3d Flash buttons/links

Help!
I have made buttons in 3d animator. i need to use them in a frames page. But how do you set targets? the button is opening in the same frame. I am using 2 frames (topFrame and mainFrame). Can some one please help?

Where gives you the option of which frame to open it in(under the address inside the button menu), simply type in the name of your frame.
