    Exclamation

Ok, I have a basic beat and some Buttons-Event sounds. Is it possible for me to mute all sounds from a single actionscript or do I have to invent complex ways to stop them all.. What I want is for all the sounds to mute and for any new sound events not to play.

    Thanx !

There are some .fla's you can download that show you how to make a start/stop all sounds

    Try the Movies section
There are some others out on the web at different Flash resource sites.

That is the way to go is with a stop/play sounds button or control.

I sure you have seen them on other peoples sites.

I am having a similar problem,
I was wondering, when you said 'movies'
if you meant a site, or a part of Flashkit?
I need to create a button that will be able to universilly mute all sounds and turn them on again.

Me too! I need to stop sounds on all levels for all events and hopefully be able to turn them on again. Some advise would sure be helpful.

Yes in the movie section of Flash Kit
There are some on other flash resource sites.

Just look around and you'll find it.
