Is it possible to tell a button to wait till one thing is done before something else starts?

ex. push a button to finish the scene THEN go to the next scene?

You can create clip with two-frames loop waiting for necessary condition and then performing desirable actions.

In button actions you can start this loop.

You should put controlling clip onto separate layer, unite all frames at this layer and in the first frame perform actions
    Code:
    Begin Tell Target ("../")
          If (_currentframe=60)
            [do smth]
          End If
    End Tell Target
and in the second frame perform action
    Code:
    Go to and Play (1)
And why you can't directly put necessary actions to the frame 60???
