What could I use to record sounds for use with flash. I have a microphone a guitar a soundblaster live and a small amount of musical talent! Can I make my own and stick them into flash?

Yes you can, all you have to do is record your "artistc abilities" into a WAV format. Windows has a program callled Sound Edit

How's it goin ....

You should look into getting some sort of
music creating software
That way you could make up some drum beats
and record your voice and guitar and then you could make a short music video with Flash.
