    When submitting a new animation it is turned down because the background colour must be entered in RRGGBB format. In a previous request for help I was advised that I have to put in the 'hex' colour but I do not understand what that means. Can anybody advise me. The background of my animation is green.

    In Flash, use the eye dropper tool to select the green of your main stage. It will give you the Hex color value
    (RRGGBB)
