Maybe i didnt call this corectly, but i mean programs like dreamweaver frontpage and so on. SO question is which of this programs do you use for making web pages in html and also in flash when you embbed it in html, do you use some html editors like homesite 1stPage or something like that??
What best suits you for working with flash and in general also.
Another thing is that i want to ask you which of this plain html editors have best suport for javascripts, i mean whit lots of predefined functions and behaviors.

Try posting this in the General Help forums you'll get a better response.

I use Homesite and Dreamweaver for flash and it works fine for me.

Dreamweaver is awesome, super clean, and doesn't leave a trace of itself in the code. Frontpage is rediculous (i never know how to spell rediciulous).

I've used Frontpage, Dreamweaver, Dreamweaver UltraDev, Homesite, and my favorite - Microsoft Visual Interdev.

I've used Adobe GoLive! and Dreamweaver, I had some problems with GoLive, so I tried Dreamweaver and it fixed those problems. But overall I don't see that much difference between any html editors, just personal preference. Half the time I am in the pure html code when I use Dreamweaver anyway.
If I was good enough I'd use notepad!

ultradev contains a bunch of server side features for using cgi scripts etc, other than that it's exactly the same as dw.

i like dreamweaver, homesite is also good. I use notepad for writing javascript and css but pro editing programs like dreamweaver have so many features it would be silly and time wasteful to use notepad to write html. The best features are the time saving ones like editable templates and file sharing.

i've used frontpage and oh my god it sucks.

as for the javascript button question: fireworks.

Dreamweaver 4.0 is good. But I here tons of chirping from the coldfusion folks that DW can write some bad code in certain areas. So far they have not chirped up where or what.

Who has any views on DW 4 writing bad code.
