Converting PC TTF files for a mac

I have an iMac and have downloaded the Microsoft Font 'Bimini'.
The file is 'TTF' and I know that I need to convert it.
How do I convert it so I can use it.

TTconverter works for me, but make sure you go in and name the font if it is not named when you attempt to convert it. The app works, but takes a few tries to master. So back up that font, because there is an auto delete option once you convert, but if the name is not there the font will not work. Blah blah, you need help with it email me.
