    I have a number of ways to turn my drawings into vector format, but I was wondering if anyone knew what the people at Bullseye Art do, or the folks at banja.com?

    Their lines have varying degrees of thickness- is this something applicable in Photoshop or Illustrator, or is it how they draw the characters themselves?

    If anyone knows some good techniques for acheiving this kind of Dexter's Labratory/Powderpuff Girls style, it'd be cool to share... thanx...

    Hey yoy talkin 'bout me in front of my face behind my bach again

    I assume you're referring to http://www.bullseyeart.com/website/

    Looks like the majortity, well the better designed ones anyway. Are drawn directly into Flash or a draw program with a tablet. Useing an oval shapes brush. Then each portion of the character is converted to a symbol. Looks like a mix of frame by frame and tweening.

    I'll be back with a few links to check out.



    BTW... Congrats on the your Moderator-nees ES. Where's the rat dog go. I loved that rat dog.

    Select (making of:my work) from the menu. Scroll down to "flash animation" and click the picture. Scroll down and take a look at the symbols used to make up the charatcter. Bulls eye uses the same technique, with less layers and animation.

    I like this site cuz it takes you step by step thru the process. The style is different from BE but Todd show ann excellent way to thicken and fix up lines.
