I think it might have to do with the CSS style sheet, but to be honest I have no clue. Run your mouse over the buttons on the menu, and the mouse icon goes crazy. Everything works, it jsut looks really ugly.
However, by itself, the flash menu is fine

Make your buttons hit state bigger.

The text isn't the button, I placed transparent boxes behind each text animation. Click on the second link and you'll see that the menu works fine, however, on the first link its all spazzy.
