Thread: MP3?

    I'm so confused. Does Flash not recognize MP3 files? I know it must, but when I try to import a .mp3 file (File/Import...), it gives me a message saying "This file type is not recognized. Would you like to try using an other application to insert the file as an embedded object? If no other application understands this file type, the file will appear as an icon." And that's exactly what it does, appears as an icon. What am I doing wrong?

    Are you sure that what you are trying to import is a .mp3 file?
