exporting the fla to avi ?????

Hi all please help,

I have done an fla file with a lot of movie clips and animations... I wish to export it to avi format but whenever i export from flash to avi the movie clip animation won't show i just get the main timeline animation... can somebody please help it is a little bit urgent

MC's clips won't export to avi. They remain static. The easiest way to export a swf. And import it to director then export it as an Avi.

The other method is to convert all the MC's into Graphic symbols. This is alot more work. Because if you clip doesn't loop. You'll need to have it take up the same amount of frames. As on the main timline.
