Not at this point but you never know about plug ins. I would think since this version of Flash truly is a App builder more than a web solution that it would be the next logical step in its growth.
As far as being robust enough to create stand alone apps. It can do the job with out a hitch. Only some limitations to writing and saving information not as straight forward as it could be but at least now can be done.
