...not its not a pic...i made it from scratch....hmm? and why are u so angry with guassian?
i have used some burshes around...layer modes/properties...then i have combined the things i learnt from tutorials around the web..and used them in this pic...
using some autolevels....
when i posted my first image i made in PS.....i used a lot of filters....but then someone tipped me i should not use them to bring out creativity ...so i tried this...
but still..if there is any improvement in this which can be made i will be happy to know.....
