    i am not sure what you are asking? can flash connect directly to web services via SOAP?

    when making SOAP calls for web services via HTTP, there must be a number of custom headers within the header request. Because of this, you cannot make these type of web service request directly from flash.

    however, we realize how important this is (we get asked this question a lot), and expect to be hearing more on this subject shortly.

    just search for SOAP and you'll find tons of people sorting out the SOAP SCORM Flash thing.
