    I'd like to find a batch converter for swf to gif... not gif to swf which is all I have found so far. Could any please help on this 'most important' matter

    Sorry, I wasn't clear in my qustion... My bad
    I don't want to do it in Flash itself, it needs to be automated, so a third party can change one of my swf's into a gif if they so desire...
