Hi all..just got swift..and have a newbie ? ..does it always take a super long time to export a swf?? ..mine is taking forever!?

Yes, some animations can take quite a long time. The worst case I ever experienced was 8 hours on a dual PIII/Xeon 600 for 12 frames of a DNA animation. Is it just taking a long time or completely hung? That can happen on some geometry.
If you're working with text, try removing bevels. Try simpler geometry and render only one frame to begin with. That will give you an idea of the shading results and render time before you begin a complete animation.

Its not very big..kind of like my footer but with a kind of metallic green  ..i will post it if if it ever finished lol .. its 39 frames ..but im not too sure what bevels are? are they the cornners?? You would think it would be Swift (Title) lol
