    The latest version of Flash -so far- is Flash 5. The next version, by numbers should be 6. But Macromedia is developing a new genration of products which are suppossed to interact easier and support each other. That's the so-called MX products family...
    And that's basically the only reason the name is not Flash 6...

    I don't have FlashMX, but search this forum for "sharedObjects" without the quotes. It will blow your mind!
