Macromedia is going to have a problem in 4 days when thousands of people will try to download the trial at once.
They should release it to the early bird people days ahead so they can reduce the load on their servers
eg
first 1000 people - 4 days ahead
1000 - 5000 - 3 days
5000 - 15000 - 2 days
resr 1 day

It has never been said that the Trial version will be available on the 15th, i am almost certain that only the electronic download will be avialble on that date and for some-time after that, just like flash 5.
