How do I do a pop-up window?

Hello to everybody on Flashkit,

I would appreciate it if anyone can help me with this dilema...

I have a website that I have created with flash. When the index page loads, I also need a small pop-up window to load asking users to click on the pop-up window in order to be redirected to another section of the site to view a movie clip.

How do I call the pop-up window from the index.html file?

I know I most probably need to use a javascript function?

I'm just not sure how I go about doing this...
