I can't get past the "Shipping Information" "Verify Order" page. It keeps telling me I have an invalid zip code. :-( Anybody else having this same problem?

i can't even download "components pack 2" due to so many people. I mean, this is ridiculous, wouldnt you think that they would be prepared for this and rent out some servers or whatever they could do to handle this many people? I mean its not like they didn't have time......

You are not alone... I had the same zip code error. What's even more sad is that it had me grabbing my bills to make sure that I was typing in the correct zip. :-)

Try out the comboBox component! I've done a font selector in seconds with it. Amazing!

I've been trying to get either, the Trial version or the Upgrade. After almost 3 hours I finally got the Trial version. Now if only they wanted to take my $200, I'd be happy to give it to them so I can get the upgrade.

    FRUSTRATION

I am mad and frustrated at Macromedia.

It is inconcievable that a software company did not plan this launch properly. Execution of the launch stinks!

I have been trying since 6:00 AM PT (the 00:00 hrs) and no luck. Got as far as selecting the OS and then... nothing.

Macromedia deserves a zero on execution, particularly after the huge marketing hype they did. If they did not have enough servers to launch it, they should not have hyped the launch so much.

    Poor execution = exasperated customers.

bah. when flash 5 was released, I was charged 8 times - a mistake - by Macromedia for the product the day it came out.

Why do you think I ordered from a different company, a boxed version?

    I learned my lesson.

I ordered from Programmer's Paradise. Nope, no boxed copy today They say Wednesday or so.

I have an account with them; so, I'm used to them. I paid 189 for the upgrade. And I'll get it when I come back from a quick trip this weekend. So, I'm not too stressed.

Keep trying. I got the Trial version and am working with it now. Later today I'll go back and keep trying to download the upgrade till I finally get in. If I can't well, the trial version is good for 30 days. I can order it and have it sent to me before the 30 days are over.

    When did you get it?

I keep trying and only get the message that "Due to overwhelming demand...."

    It should say instead:

"Due to pi**ed poor planning and abimsal execution, we are unable to keep our promise to deliver Flash MX"
