It would be great to see a macromedia person post a well thought out response to all of these problems on the board that:

    a) Acknowledges the problems and frustrations they caused by releasing a buggy beta versus final code.

    b) Takes responsibility for their mistake and issues some kind of apology or damage control statement.

    c) Provides a specific timeline or release date for the final MX version, (not this buggy beta masquerading as a final release) and/or patches to address the dozens of incompabilities and bugs, user problems everyone's been posting here.

As one of you posted, "this stinks of being rushed, a prerelease"..

Macromedia, can we the design community have a response, that does not blame us, but rather takes responsibility for this disaster and addresses, thoughtfully, all of the concerns here?

    thanks.
