How to make a Newsletter in Flash?

You should be more specific. I can think of at least 10 ways to make a news letter in flash. Describes your needs goals and your software and hardware support.

I need something that allows viewers to enter their email address in order to get news from the website, and whenever I need it, to send them an email with information.

I just need the process to be fully automated as it's a lot of addresses and cannot email each one individually.

I have no idea how these things work, but can get some help to get it going. I would have written and summarize the news that I'd like to share in HTML format probably, or maybe just plain text.

Any input would be great!

First you are talking about some serious planning and some serious programming knowledge. Go buy the book phpforflash and start reading it will teach you everything you need to know and the author and support site are great.
