    Is there a quick and easy way of stripping returns from text brought in from XML. My problem is the XML newline gets translated in to a /n/r in flash so when I display it in a textbox I get twice as may spaces as need be.... Secondly where can I find XmlNitro??? the link at figleaf wants a password and login...

    Thanks in Advance

    Red face use the new feature of flash 5 player

    use like this

    var objXML = new XML();
    objXML.onLoad = myHandler;
    objXML.ignoreWhite = true; <<<<

    in flash 5 when u r coding it'll not colorize the thing but it'll work when u publish it and view in html page or if u have flash 5.0.42 player

    i think that'll help u,
