Why don't converted .dxf files work properly in Swift 3d? I've tried EVERYTHING! When I render a a .3ds that used to be a .dxf, it renders every single polygon, even in area and average fill shading. I imported the dxfs into Ray Dream Studio, then exported them as .3ds files; that yielded the above results...So I opened them in Ray Dream's mesh editor and then exported them. That worked fine for spheres and cubes and whatnot, but with more complex objects, RDS ripped them apart, turning them into something akin to an exploded taco, polygons everywhere. So then I downloaded 3dwin, the astounding program for converting just about any format into just about any other format, but it still rendered every polygon. I'm using Blender for modeling, and all it exports is dxf. Am I going to have to wait until Blender exports more file types or Swift3d imports more file types, or does someone have a solution to my quandry?
