    I want to import a 3D model... there are 3 options "*.model", "*.3ds", "*.wrl"

    What application creates a .wrl file?

    Hello Rez_UK,

    According to the help .wrl files are created by an application called VRML 97.

    Post VRML format


    The .wrl is indeed the native format of VRML 97 but also most 3d packages are capable of saving such formats, including the ultimate free 3d package known as BLENDER.

    The .wrl format can also be used to describe 3d worlds that you can navigate in possibly using such programs as EON studio.
