Flash MX Setup

When i get to the stage of my Flash MX setup asking for the name, organisation, and serial i enter all the needed information and yet the NEXT> Button is still greyed out.

Any idea why and what i'm doing wrong

Last I knew it would do this if every field wasn't filled out including organization. The only other reason I've seen this is if I type my key in incorrectly.

when you enter your serial number did the little green tick show up when you fully entered your correct serial code?

Also it happened to me and thats how mine was solved, always double check stuff like this, also make sure all required fields are filled in like JT sed

If you are trying enter a serial number for the trial version, it won't let you, simply reinstall the trial will do. But if it's full version, just make sure you have a valid, legitimate serial number. Only first, last names, and serial number are required.

the only reason the button could be greyed out is if you have entered an incorrect serial number.
