trouble with scenes...

wassup guys...
im having a lil problem but its driving me crazy!! i made an animation as an intro to a website...but the intro has music and stuff so it takes about 30 secs to download the whole movie before it starts. so i decided to make a loading teaser before the intro so there will be enough time to dowload the larger file. (i know this probably sounds simple to all you medium to advanced users)...heres the problem....the loading scene doesnt work and all you see is a blank screen with the music running....and the music isnt even on the loading scene...AND...the intro scene (second scene, which actually has the music) doesnt even show up either....

HELP PLEASEEE IM GOING NUTS OVER HERE
